Setting up change for success

A good understanding of the type and scope of change being initiated will help set up change for success, resulting in an approach and plan that is tailored to organisational requirements as well as the people being impacted.

We offer a structured process to help sponsors and leaders:

  • clarify what type of change will be implemented (incremental, transitional or transformation change)

  • appreciate the scope and breadth of change as well as associated risks and impacts

  • agree and align on what is changing and how change will be sponsored, governed, resourced, led and managed.

  • prioritise change to ensure continual focus on the most important initiatives especially when needs seem to be constantly shifting.

Planning for change implementation

Once sponsorship is in place and the type of change and effort required is well understood by the senior leaders, detailed change implementation planning can begin.

We can help you develop - or co-design - the change approach and strategy, and detailed sub-plans including: engagement and communication, stakeholder management, learning & training, and business readiness.

We can also help you implement the change plan - this can be 'hands on' or through coaching and mentoring to enable you to nurture and develop in-house change capability.
