It involves defining goals, crafting a strategic plan, and then monitoring progress, and refining where necessary.
This style of coaching suits people who are working on longer term goals and want a space to explore and reflect and be held accountable for results.
Through structured coaching, we will help support you to:
embed a robust method of goal attainment;
reflect and dig into the issues and obstacles that get in the way;
develop new habits.
Structural coaching leads the person being coached through a highly structured, step-by-step process.
Session 0: Pre-coaching Conversation to determine youre needs and our fit (free)
Session 1: Mine, define, shine 2-3 goals
Session 2: Develop strategic plan/roadmap
Session 3- 11: Set actions and monitor traction
Session 12: Completion & next steps
Sessions are approximately 60-75 minutes, held over Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
