Provision of services by Change In Focus Pty Ltd will commence on acceptance of an agreement outlining a statement of work , proposed delivery period, applicable fees, and preferred payment method, to be finalised at least 7 days (if possible) prior to scheduled commencement of services.

Payment Terms and Conditions

Our consultancy and coaching fees are negotiated and agreed with each client prior to the commencement of each engagement.

All fees are charged in Australian dollars, inclusive of GST.

Our payment terms are 14-days on receipt of invoice via direct bank transfer.

All pricing of coaching and training services is subject to change without notice.

We hold relevant Public Liability and Professional Indemnity insurance.

If applicable, a currenct certificate of currency can be provided on request.
