Coaching

Coaching is a proven way to accelerate learning and development and can help you achieve significant positive change in a relatively short period of time.

Through reflection and insights, coaching can help breakthrough limited thinking and beliefs, helping you solve problems and remove caps on performance.

Our coaching programs comprise a series of focussed one-on one conversations starting with goal & plan setting, followed by traction sessions to monitor progress

We offer two modes of coaching:

Mentoring

Mentoring is a great way to support change and transition - in thinking, behaviour, attitude and performance.

Unlike coaching which can be performance oriented or task/agenda specific, mentoring tends to be more more relationship based with reflection and support at the centre of the process.

Our mentoring programs are entirely bespoke, based purely on client needs and circumstances..

We can mentor change sponsors, change leaders and change practitioners - on both the what (methodology, process & tools) as well as how of change (your personal practice and how you show up in your role).

What coaching process do we use?

We are certified to use the NLI's Results Coaching System , a process that encourages change by helping the coachee think better.

The Results Coaching System IS:

  • self directed - the coach will encourage you with well placed open ended questions to inquire deeply, help make concepts and ideas clearer, find and explore relationships between concepts, and prioritise lines of thinking.

  • solution focussed - the process looks for best possible solution or next stesp rather than endless probing and analysis of problems.

  • challenging - with just enough stretch to develop your thinking

  • growth/positive oriented - focussing on a toward state and facilitating new connections, insights and learning.

  • structured - each session has a specific and clearly established content/focus which you determin at the beginning of each session

The Results Coaching System IS NOT counselling, consulting, training, mentoring, managing or any other psychological or mental health service.

Tools to make your coaching experience even more powerful

We are authorised to use Harthill's Leadership Development Profile with our coaching clients.

The Leadership Development Profile (LDP):

  • is a highly validated instrument that proposes nine distinct forms of meaning making on a continuous developmental spectrum with each stage comprising specific opportunities and challenges.

  • helps you understand where you are placing your attention, how you are currently making meaning of your experiences, and how this is informing and shaping yourapproach and behaviour in work and life more broadly.

  • helps supports expansion of your meaning making in leadership and in life.

In a coaching engagement, the LDP puts your development journey and current development needs at the centre of the coaching conversation.

We can also commission and debrief LDP report on a stand-alone basis without coaching.
